What the Results Mean
Based on your BMI calculation, you can determine your classification based on the chart below. Individuals with a BMI value of 25 and higher may be at increased risk for certain obesity-related conditions.

Below 18.5 = underweight
18.5 to 24.9 = ideal weight range
25.0 to 29.9 = overweight
30.0 to 39.9 = very overweight / high risk
40.0 and above = extremely overweight / high risk for health complications
